Description
Maintain solid relation with and manage current partners/channels; build and develop new channels in assigned areas.
Support managers and senior sales with local distribution network planning and optimization, key project coordination and implementation in assigned areas.
Collect market and competitor information about targeted market and provide valuable analysis and proposal to support business growth in the area.
Effectively utilize company and partner resource to achieve assigned sales target.
Prepare weekly pipeline report and sales forecasts for the targeted cities and the preparation of sales expense estimates.
Prepare regular and special sales reports reflecting activities and results of the targeted cities.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in engineering or computer
3 years’ or above sales experience, LED industry background is preferred;
Power and skill to balance and handle channel business;
Quick learner, and strong self- development driven;
Self-motivated and positive attitude;
Passionate and ambitious to achieve goal;
Good interpersonal skills, capable of develop, maintain customer relationship;
Basic English language skills;
